Meet Kathleen

Kathleen “Kathy” Carrier has been a lifelong Illinois resident. Her family moved to Addison, IL, when she was five years old, and she later attended Addison Trail High School, College of DuPage (COD), and National Louis University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in
Management.

Working for a residential home builder, she found time to volunteer at the YWCA and raise her family, while remaining active in local politics. Kathleen has worked to improve resources for single parents and senior citizens alike.  Thanks to her father, Frank, who served in WWII, she has a heightened awareness of veterans’ needs.

Kathleen is married to her husband Randall.  Collectively they have 5 adult children and 10 grandchildren.
